Maria Morris
As a seasoned property professional with over 20 years experience in real estate, Maria has a wealth of experience across the sector and specialises in Prime Residential real estate and Residential Development consultancy.
After working for key global brands, most recently as Head of Residential in the Middle East and Global Residential Board member for a leading international real estate consultancy, Maria wanted to utilise her vast experience to its fullest and create a new real estate revolution; and as a result Maria Morris Global was born.

Tom Farmer
With a BA Honors degree in Marketing and over 21 years of Marketing experience, including 12 years in Dubai, Tom has developed a diverse skill set across multiple industry sectors .
Over the years, he has successfully led marketing teams, with a track record of creating and implementing strategies that drive results in different global markets.
In his previous role at Knight Frank Middle East, Tom headed the Middle East marketing team.

Ellie Street
Ellie is a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of industry experience. She began her career at just 18, joining a well-respected real estate agency in the UK and by the age of 23, had risen to the role of branch manager.
In 2019, Ellie made the decision to take her career to the next level by moving to Dubai, where she embraced the opportunity to specialize in the luxury segment, focusing on prime and super-prime properties. Her attention soon turned to Al Barari, and in a short time, Ellie established herself as a leading expert in the area and earlier this year, Ellie set a record with the highest-ever transaction for a Residences Villa in Al Barari, alongside her colleague Ryan, and they have become the No. 1 real estate agents in Al Barari.

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry in both the UK and UAE, Ryan is a recognized real estate industry expert, with a plethora of prime and super-prime property knowledge.
Ryan’s dedication to excellence has seen him handle some of the most exclusive prime and super-prime properties in Dubai in his Senior Private Client Advisor role at Maria Morris Global.
Notably, he set a record with the highest-ever transaction for a Residences Villa in Al Barari in 2024, and as part of a top-performing team, alongside Ellie, are the No. 1 real estate agents in Al Barari, a testament to their expertise, hard work, and commitment to excellence in the industry.

James Parker
With over a decade of experience in real estate, James began his career in the UK, where he quickly rose to become Head of Residential Lettings for one of Liverpool’s largest independent property firms within just four years.
After relocating to Dubai more than six years ago, James transitioned into the investment side of the market, spending his first three years specializing in Dubai Marina. Since then, he has expanded his expertise across the entire city, advising clients on both off-plan and secondary market sales.
Today, James manages a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing everything from leasing to sales in some of Dubai's most exclusive communities.

Steven Beattie
Steven brings a distinctive combination of international exposure, professional integrity, and in-depth market expertise to Dubai's real estate landscape.
Before entering into real estate, he competed as a professional footballer across Ireland, the United States, and Iceland — an experience that instilled the discipline and work ethic that underpin his approach to business today.
Over the last four years, Steven has built a strong reputation advising local and international clients across residential and investment properties, in some of Dubai’s most exclusive communities. Katrin is a Luxury Real Estate Advisor with over a decade of international experience across high-value residential, investment, and off-plan property markets. She brings a client-centric approach to her Sales Consultant role at Maria Morris Global, where she is a villa expert in the exclusive communities of Jumeirah Golf Estates and Tilal Al Ghaf.
Katrin’s career spans key real estate markets in Dubai, Germany, and Australia, where she has advised buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors on exceptional residential properties.
Fluent in German and English, Katrin works seamlessly with international clientele, offering a highly personalised and professional service aligned with the standards of the world’s leading luxury property markets.

Theo is an experienced Videographer and photographer, with over a decade in the media industry, across Africa and the UAE.

In 2019, Theo made the strategic move to Dubai and it wasn't long before he became an award-winning videographer, particularly excelling in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector and he is now a standout Videographer and Photographer for his high-level consistent content production.
Over the course of three years in Dubai, Theo's exceptional skills have led him to work with some of the region’s most renowned companies such as Ritz Carlton, the iconic Vogue magazine, and Knight Frank.
